Nothing if your cart reaches SAR 200; otherwise SAR 30 is added.

If you're in a hurry there are two options: next-day delivery for SAR 18 on orders over SAR 200, and same-day delivery for SAR 24 on orders over SAR 350. Choosing either replaces the standard shipping fee with its own fee, which you can pay from your Namshi wallet.

If you return items later, you get back what you paid for them, without the shipping fee.

Namshi accepts credit and debit cards, Apple Pay on supported devices, Namshi wallet credit, Tabby or Tamara instalments, and cash on delivery.

Cash on delivery adds SAR 34 to the order, while paying in advance has no fee. You won't see the cash option in these cases:

• You chose delivery to a pickup locker or asked to leave the order at the door.
• You have more than one order still waiting to be delivered.
• You have refused deliveries more than once in the past.

Add your items to the cart, then confirm your mobile number with the verification code; the order summary opens with a field for the code. Once you enter it the amount comes off straight away, and you choose how to pay afterwards.

Some Namshi offers come as cashback instead of an instant discount, and that credit can't be withdrawn as cash or moved to another account. The offer description tells you which kind it is before you order.

Each code has its own terms, and some have a maximum discount, so a code can be accepted yet save less than expected on a large order. A rejected code usually comes down to one of these:

• The code only works in the Namshi app and you are ordering in a browser.
• The code is for a first order and your account has ordered before, or it is single-use and already used.
• You haven't verified your mobile number yet; the coupon field appears after verification.
• Your cart is below the minimum in the offer terms.

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery at no cost. An exchange is allowed once for a different size; if the new size doesn't fit either, return it.

Beauty products can never be returned or exchanged. Namshi may charge a return fee or cap free returns for accounts that return very often.

For the return to be accepted in full:

• The item is in its original condition, not worn or washed.
• All tags are still attached, including the security tag if there is one; a missing tag can mean a refused return or a partial refund.
• It goes back in its original box or packaging with its accessories.

The courier collects the return in about two days, and once it passes the quality check the money goes back according to how you paid:

• Bank card: 5 to 7 business days.
• Tabby or Tamara: within 24 hours of the return being approved.
• Cash on delivery or wallet: to your Namshi wallet, and customer service can transfer it to your bank account on request.
