There is no flat delivery fee; it depends on your city and when you order, and you see the full amount before you pay.
If you order from noon often, a noon One membership is the clearest route to free delivery: SAR 29.99 a month, with free delivery on noon Express orders over SAR 50 and free same-day delivery on eligible orders over SAR 100 in Riyadh. You can try it free for seven days.
Where do I enter a noon code, and when do I see the saving?
You enter the code on the payment page before confirming the order, and a message confirms it was accepted. Keep in mind that most noon codes don't lower what you pay now; they return part of it to you as cashback.
The cashback lands in your noon credit wallet once the order reaches you, and you can spend it on later orders. So if the final total doesn't change, that's expected; what matters is the code accepted message.

Why won't noon accept the code I entered?

Can I return a noon product, and when do I get my money back?
Yes, within 15 days of delivery if the product page says it is returnable. Groceries, food and underwear are among the items that can't be returned.
Once noon has processed the return, the refund usually arrives within 5 to 7 business days. Delivery fees and the cash on delivery fee aren't refunded after the order has been delivered.
