There is no flat delivery fee; it depends on your city and when you order, and you see the full amount before you pay. If you order from noon often, a noon One membership is the clearest route to free delivery: SAR 29.99 a month, with free delivery on noon Express orders over SAR 50 and free same-day delivery on eligible orders over SAR 100 in Riyadh. You can try it free for seven days. You enter the code on the payment page before confirming the order, and a message confirms it was accepted. Keep in mind that most noon codes don't lower what you pay now; they return part of it to you as cashback. The cashback lands in your noon credit wallet once the order reaches you, and you can spend it on later orders. So if the final total doesn't change, that's expected; what matters is the code accepted message. Check these before deciding the code has expired: - Another offer is already applied to the order, and noon doesn't combine most offers unless the terms say so. - The code is limited to certain categories or products that aren't in your cart. - You have used the code before and it has a usage limit. - The code is for new accounts only, and yours has ordered from noon before. You can split your order interest-free with Tamara (up to 12 payments) or Tabby (up to 4 payments); the plans available for your cart appear on the payment page. Orders of SAR 1,000 or more can also be paid in instalments on credit cards from selected Saudi banks. Cash on delivery costs SAR 18, isn't available on orders above SAR 6,500, and can't be used for locker delivery or gift orders. Instalments can't be combined with cash on delivery. Some offers only work with a specific payment method, so read the offer terms if a code stops applying after you change how you pay. Yes, within 15 days of delivery if the product page says it is returnable. Groceries, food and underwear are among the items that can't be returned. Once noon has processed the return, the refund usually arrives within 5 to 7 business days. Delivery fees and the cash on delivery fee aren't refunded after the order has been delivered.
